Two pieces of poster board Markers Ribbon for shoulder straps Hole punch Dark-colored clothing
Instructions: Choose your theme. Draw a theme-related picture on the front of the poster board (a cake for a birthday, a pumpkin for Halloween, or a tree for Christmas). On the other piece of poster board, write an appropriate greeting: “Happy Birthday,”, “Happy Halloween,” or “Merry Christmas.” Then sign it “Love, _______” (your child’s name). Punch two holes at the top of each piece of poster board. Slide the ribbon through the holes, then tie it.
